Fixed restorations
Single crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays and veneers, designed digitally and finished by hand for fit, contacts and occlusion.
We work in monolithic and layered zirconia, lithium disilicate, porcelain fused to metal, full-metal alloys and provisional materials. Tell us the material you prefer, or ask us to suggest one for the case.
What to send
- An intraoral scan or impression of the preparation, with the opposing arch and a bite record
- A complete prescription with material, shade and design preferences
- Shade photos with the tab in frame for anterior work
- Stump shade where the restoration is translucent

Implant prosthetics
Custom abutments, screw-retained and cement-retained crowns and bridges, bars and overdenture frameworks.
We design to the implant system and platform you specify and use compatible components. If anything in the records is unclear, we check with you before manufacture.
What to send
- A scan with scan bodies seated, or an implant-level impression with transfer copings and analogues
- Implant system, platform and connection details
- Your preference for screw-retained or cement-retained work, and component choices
- Opposing arch, bite record and soft-tissue information

Removables
Complete and partial dentures, metal and digitally designed frameworks, flexible partials, immediate dentures, relines and repairs.
Removable cases usually move in stages. We return each stage with a note of what comes next, so both of us know where the case stands.
What to send
- Impressions or scans for the current stage
- Bite registration and, where available, a record of the vertical dimension
- Tooth mould and shade preferences
- The stage requested, clearly marked on the prescription

Aligners and appliances
Clear aligner treatment planning and fabrication, retainers, night guards, occlusal splints, sports guards and bleaching trays.
For aligners, we share a digital treatment plan for your review. Nothing is manufactured until you approve it.
What to send
- Full-arch scans or impressions of both arches and a bite record
- Clinical photos and your treatment goals
- Radiographs where relevant to the plan, shared with patient consent
- Appliance type, thickness preference and any design notes

Digital CAD/CAM
Design-only services for clinics and laboratories that mill or print in-house, printed models, surgical guides and digital smile design mock-ups.
We accept scans from common intraoral scanners in open formats and return design files ready for your own manufacturing.
What to send
- Scan files in an open format, or a share from your scanner platform
- What you need back: design files, a printed model, a guide or finished work
- Your milling or printing system and material, if you manufacture yourself
- A complete prescription, as for any other case
Instructions for use for every device we make are on our Instructions for use page.
