Quality, checked at every step.
A good fit comes from a clear process. Cases follow a consistent workflow, with checks at the points where problems are easiest to catch.

A check at every handover
Digital design gives us a record of every decision, and the work is checked at each handover.
Intake check
We check the prescription, records and scans are complete and consistent before work begins. If not, we call you.
Design review
Margins, contacts, occlusion and material thickness are reviewed on the digital design.
Manufacturing check
After milling or printing, parts are inspected for accuracy and finish before they move to finishing.
Final inspection
Fit, shade, contacts and occlusion are checked on the model, and the case is matched to its Rx before packing.

What we check
- Marginal fit and seating on the model
- Proximal contacts and occlusion
- Shade, surface texture and form against the Rx and photos
- Material thickness and connector dimensions
- Implant component compatibility and screw access
- Case matched to its Rx, patient identifier and delivery note
Materials are used within their manufacturer's instructions, and batch information is recorded so it can be traced if needed.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 for the manufacture and supply of crowns (metal-ceramic, metal-polymer and polymer), temporary crowns and bridges, precision attachments, bite registration rims and impression trays. Details are in our instructions for use.
Remakes and refunds
Remakes and adjustments are handled under our returns, remakes and refund policy. Tell us early, ideally before making significant adjustments, and share photos where you can. We will look into what happened and tell you what we find.
The policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.

Send a case and judge the fit, shade and finish at your chair. Questions about a result are always welcome.
